International Links

As a school, we are committed to developing links with schools around the world. We have been able, through funding from the British Council, to send two of our teachers to visit schools in Melbourne Australia to look ICT. As a result of this trip, we have established a link with Williamstown Primary.

We have also had a number of visits from Dr Christopher Tan, a professor of ICT from Hong Kong. He has been so impressed with how we use ICT in our teaching and learning that he has invited us the take part in a project called Knowledge Construction. This will involve linking with a school in Hong Kong and producing work together.

In 2006 we were the proud recipients of the DfES International Schools Award.
